Family Law - My firm handles a full range of Family Law matters including adoption, divorce, separation, premarital agreements, paternity, custody, and support.

Civil Litigation

Personal Injury Plaintiff - My firm represents individuals involved in controversies alleging a wrong or damage to another's person, rights, reputation, or property resulting from events or activities such as automobile accidents, defective products, infliction of emotional distress, intentional misconduct, and negligence.

Criminal - My firm has extensive experience defending the rights of people arrested and accused of criminal offenses. I handle all types of criminal cases, including minor infractions and misdemeanors and the most serious felony indictments, such as, drunk driving, drug possession, narcotics sales, theft and grand larceny, white collar fraud, embezzlement, sex offenses, arson, and conspiracy.

Military Law - Military law is the body of law and regulations which governs military organizations. By and large military law is administered by military lawyers who are uniformed members of the armed forces commissioned into the Judge Advocate Generals' Corp of their respective services. All military lawyers are graduates of ABA-accredited law schools and have been admitted to the bar of at least one American jurisdiction. Notwithstanding, when charged, a military defendant may elect to be represented by a civilian attorney, at her or his own expense. My firm has substantial experience with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including procedural rules, and in representing military personnel charged with military offenses.

Creditor Problems/Bankruptcy - My firm represents individual clients in creditor problems and bankruptcy proceedings, at both the state and federal level, that are initiated by either an insolvent individual, or business, or creditors seeking to have the debtor's remaining assets distributed among the creditors and, thereby, discharging the debtor from further obligation or restructuring and reorganizing the insolvent's debt structure.
